Terms of use
What Board Zero is
Board Zero lets you assemble an advisory board of people you name and put a decision to it. Each advisor is an AI research simulation of that person’s documented public reasoning, built from public sources. It is not the real person, does not represent their private views, and implies no endorsement by them or any connection with them.
What you pay for
A decision session costs the price shown on your quote (currently US$12). For that price your board gives independent opening positions, questions one another, responds, and a moderator maps where the advisors agree and disagree. It does not choose a winner. Research for an advisor who is not yet available is quoted separately before any work starts. Quotes expire at the time shown, and nothing is charged until you complete Stripe Checkout.
Not professional advice
Sessions are for thinking through decisions. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical or employment advice. Where those rules apply, check with a qualified professional before acting.
Refunds
If a paid session stops before the board finishes (shown as “Session stopped”), we review it and either complete it or refund it in full. For any other problem with a paid session, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will review it. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Your records
Your boards, questions and session results are stored privately in your account. Other customers cannot see them. You can download everything or delete your workspace and account at any time from Account. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
Acceptable use
Use Board Zero lawfully. Do not present session output as statements by the real people, use it to impersonate anyone, or put sensitive personal information about other people into your questions. We may suspend an advisor or an account to prevent misuse.
Contact
Use the support contact shown on your Stripe receipt, citing your purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms. Each quote records the terms revision it was issued under, and that revision governs that purchase.
